I asked that the top of my hair not be touched, only sides and back. Man nodded and agreed, yet cut 1 inch or slightly more from the top. Cannot follow simple instructions. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the sides and back were done ok.

I brought my child here for a haircut for the first time, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, no one greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. At first, I thought there was only one stylist working, but later I noticed another stylist near the shampoo area and a man who seemed to be the owner sitting at the counter on his phone. After several minutes, someone finally came out to ask if we wanted a haircut.
During the haircut, my child’s ear was accidentally cut, and the skin was broken. Mistakes can happen, but I wish the staff had shown more care and attention. A friendly greeting and a bit more attentiveness would make a big difference. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

Reasonable price for hair cut, but my note that needs to keep equipment always clean,and charge your hourly work!!! If you close at 7p.m you should be there until 7p.m not 6.40
