I had a noise issue with 7-year old Maytag dryer in June 2022. Bayview Home Appliance Centre technician, Dean, arrived at scheduled time, diagnosed, ordered part, returned when part arrived, and installed replacement part. Along the way, Dean provided explanations and education on proper use of dryer and washer. Fast forward to January 2023. 7-year old Maytag washer spin cycle was stopping prematurely, so clothes were still wet at end of spin cycle.
