I’m so impressed by Total Recovery & Wellness. I love that they lean into wellness of not just the body but the mind too! I saw Alex for a massage and he was so skilled and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend!
Alex was extremely professional and I appreciated his help. He seemed to understand the injury well and took care to recommend the best approach to dealing with it. It is frustrating enough dealing with the injury and Alex did a great job in making the experience feel like one step closer to healing. It is still a journey and I will definitely be back.
I went to Total Recovery and Wellness this week for the first time and it was a delightful experience. The space is very clean and inviting.Katelyn made me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my first ever massage. I’ll definitely be back.
