Zac Coulter took my money upfront with a contract agreement and did not deliver on many of the things promised and his lack of communication and broken promises were downright disrespectful. I would not recommend him to anyone. I will update this if he decides to give me the reimbursement he said he would, but so far he just seems to be avoiding communication.
Do NOT send money to Zac. I repeat. DO NOT. Zac communicated with me to book picnic tables and a tent for my wedding. Then, once I sent the deposit he completely ghosted me. I had questions about the order and it was IMPOSSIBLE to contact him. He would resurface every few weeks with some excuse. I ended up cancelling my order. He said he would return my deposit. But that was over a month ago and he has since then blocked my number. All in all. This company is a scam. I hope you don't have to go through the headache and loss of money I did ?
After sending a deposit for ceremony benches and picnic table rentals for my wedding Zac has stopped replying. I have not heard anything from him. Do NOT send this guy money. I’ve reached out multiple times and have not gotten any answers.UPDATE- I finally got a response (after being ignored for months) & received my deposit back after writing this review!
