When entering , always greeted by a staff member even when they are helping other customers making you feel they are happy to see you. CHEDDAR BOB got his photo with Easter Bunny months after he moved to Owen Sound in December 2021. Please go in to see cute kittens that need a good home as Cheddar Bob an influencer to anyone who loves animals!
Cindy, Renee and staff at the Owen Sound store have been absolutely amazing! Always so helpful, in answering any nutritional questions for our dog and also giving him so much love and pets every single visit!!!
Renée and Gale went above and beyond to help me fix an issue. Not only were they extremely helpful the were kind and happy throughout our multiple conversations, that can be rare these days! I was shockingly pleased with their solution, forever grateful and will be a returning customer. Renée also informed me of the plans to ensure this wouldn’t happen again with some further training, she’s a great manager!Thank you!
