We were in need of our carpets cleaned due to smoking damage (which I made sure they knew before coming to give a quote). The job was too large for this business to handle. They did not move furniture and used a portable unit (not a truck mounted system). Had the owner been honest about how he could not have handled a carpet cleaning job of that size we would still have hired the company to clean the windows (the windows looked great). We were also told they would move furniture which clearly did not happen because they unsuccessfully used a vacuum attachment that went only a little ways under some furniture. So, a one star rating from us.
