Kristina is awesome! I swear she's worked years of tightness out of my back, plus she is so friendly and goes out of her way to ensure the environment is comfortable and relaxing! She even gave me some exercises to help longer term alleviate some of my tension areas which is definitely going above and beyond my expectations. 10/10 experience!
Always feel better after a session with Jakub. In our first meeting he took the time to go over my history and discuss what might be most helpful and we refresh that before every massage.Has helped a lot with tight and sore shoulders. Highly recommend.
I went for a therapeutic massage because of leg pain and Jakub explained clearly on what he was going to work; also gave me stretch exercices to do. The treatment was very effective and I was very happy with it.
