Well located, up to date equipment and very clean. Excellent staff. A pleasure to visit.

Perfect air temperature, quality current equipment -- I got to watch Osaka beat S. Williams 6-2, 6-4 on the screen while pedalling away! Didn't test out the hot tub, pool or sauna, but enjoyed a bevy on the adjacent patio with stellar sunset views over Parliament.

Just had an amazing massage with Michelle Moraes. Will definitely book another. Perfect combination of relaxation and working out the trouble areas.

Exclusive downtown health club with saltwater pool & hot tub, 2 fitness rooms, 2 regulation size squash courts, massage therapy and personal training offered in a private studio. We are open to the public by appointment only, with limited memberships.
