Everything I read in online in reviews s, I witnessed first hand. The first customer had a simple repair done for no charge. The second customer was given advice where to get his shoes fixed, since this place could not do it as quickly as the customer needed. So two customers in front of me who received friendly service and store received no income. Then it was my turn. I told the owner how impressed I was watching him with the other customers and he thought it was no big deal..just right way to do things. As for my needs, I had a pair of old boots that I love and he was able to restore them like brand new for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place..great work,...read full review
