A huge shout out to Imad at Mobile Klinik! He made what I thought was a lost cause into an incredibly positive experience.

After multiple repair shops refused to even look at my water-damaged Pixel 9 Pro, even though the moisture was isolated to the camera bar, Imad was the only person willing to help. He clearly explained the risks upfront, set realistic expectations, and still went above and beyond to do everything he could.

An hour later, my camera was back to perfect condition. He even managed to remove and reinstall the back without cracking it, which speaks to his skill and attention to detail.

Imad's customer service, honesty, and craftsmanship were exceptional. He genuinely cared about helping, even though it was close to closing time. Thank you again, Imad. You're the kind of person every business hopes to have representing them.

I really wish it was that easy. I bought my phone refurbished through Mobile Klinik last year. My battery is not working properly: slow to charge and drains way faster than what should be considered normal. So I brought it into the store and downloaded the diagnostic app designed by Mobile Klinik. It too diagnosed a battery problem and said exactly: "We've noticed your battery isn't performing at its best. Stop by your nearest store soon for a quick replacement and get your phone back to full power." Easy right? Nope! The woman working insisted that my personal experience plus the app diagnosis wasn't sufficient evidence to warrant a replacement. She said needed to keep my phone to do her own diagnosis. I explained to her this felt unnecessary and it would be a waste of time. If it's under warranty, why on earth could the battery not just be replaced? She did a test by playing a video for 90min and then informed me "the battery is fine." I assured her it wasn't but I could also tell that was a dead end so I left and emailed head office. Their solution? Go to another location for another opinion or mail my phone in for a few days so they could test it. Ridiculous and not feasible for someone who uses their phone for work. I questioned why it made more sense for me to travel all over the city instead of them just honouring her warranty. After about ten emails back and forth, I've now contacted the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Ontario. I'm not asking for a new phone. I just want my battery replaced. It should be easy. Best in class warranty? I'd hate to see the worst. I will make sure this is my last purchase from Mobile Klinik.

Amazing Service from Malek .Came in with a frozen iPhone and thought it was going to be an expensive fix but he restarted it in no time. Super helpful and honest highly recommend

My Google Pixel 8 screen was on the fritz and Mazek replaced it we a new one in under 30 minutes. I didn't buy my phone there but they did the work under manufactories warranty and I didn't spend a penny.

My daughter bought be a cheap looking phone case there for $30. Gave it to me for x mas. When I opened, it was scratched, some of the sparkles beads were missing and some where just cluttered! Told my kid to return it and they won't take it back. They said 7 days exchanges or returns! During x mas time? This is BS!! They sell cheap crap and have horrible return policy! Don't but there!!

I called twice before coming to the store and was told the price for the intended service was $139. When I arrived, they said it was a mistake and the actual price was $179. Very disappointing and not a good experience.
