I went here and booked an appointment once and the nail tech was still working on a client. Had me waiting almost 1 full hour. That's not an exaggeration. I tried to show some grace but I ended up leaving. I feel like the nail tech wanted me to me to eventually leave as she didn't manage her time well and she was working on what seemed like a regular with more expensive/elaborate services while I was getting a simple manicure. I felt like the whole experience was unacceptable and inconsiderate on her part as I wish she had just been honest and told me when she would actually be done or just ask me to reschedule. This is a fairly new spot, only open since May 2019, I believe. As soon as you come in, they will make you a cappuccino or other large coffee with their espresso machine, to drink while you wait. That being said, the wait is not that long, maybe two minutes, so you can drink your coffee while you're soaking your feet in one of their pedicure baths. I was really happy with the job that the woman did on my manicure and pedicure, except for the fact that she did cut me with her cuticle scissors and made me bleed! I hate bleeding in public! However, it was minor. Walk-ins are OK, and mani-pedis are only $55 (plus tip and tax, of course). They also have a full hair salon.... read full review
