I was on a quick vacation trip and was having pain in my back. I booked a last minute appt with Alison and it was the best thing I’ve done in a long time. I’ve seen many massage therapists and they just do the basics, I actually rarely have a good experience. Alison was amazing, I’d like her to move to my hometown! She is incredibly knowledgeable and is exceptional at assessing and treating. So refreshing to see someone that understands all the connections throughout the body and really pinpoint things that can help using many different modalities. Thank you so much for seeing me!!!

Alison is phenomenal and I can't recommend her enough to anyone who wants actual therapeutic treatment for pain, soreness, injury, etc. She has a deep understanding of physiology and anatomy, and is able to pinpoint all the different parts of your body that contribute to (what may seem like) a single issue. I've gone 3 times now for an old elbow injury that impacts my daily life, and those 3 sessions have given me more relief than I've ever in almost as many years. I've gone through so many RMTs who just want to give you a gentle back massage, even if you tell them you want to address a specific issue.
