I had a great rehab for my post ACLR surgery with physiotherapist Jamil Al Jallad for the last 3 months. They have a clean space, courteous front desk staff and friendly assistants which was great to have during these covid times.\\nWhen I came the first session after my surgery (week 1), I was still in my brace and relying on crutches to get around, and also practically stuck in my room. The physiotherapist gave me exercises to do (adding every few weeks), with objectives to reach and useful advice along the way (also correcting what I was doing badly).
