The entire process from getting an estimate and landscaping plan, to the crew that did the work at our home was very professional. The work was done as expected, and the crew even accommodated a small change once on site that hadn't been part of the original plan. We really appreciated how careful they were to not be disruptive to our neighbours, and they left our property completely free of trash or debris. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael Scott Landscaping to anyone looking to have some work done.
We could not be happier with the backyard renovation. New stone patio and large raised deck with all of the landscaping. Michael was very attentive during the design process. He offered different ideas and designs to fit my taste and budget. The work team that arrived were friendly and professional. They had to be very flexibile when supply issues occured and kept me informed each day they came. Alison, in the office, kept me up to date on delivery issues and was so quick to respond to my emails. I am so thrilled with the resulting front walkway and garden and have received so many compliments on how everything works in with my home.
