Melissa really is remarkable. I have done a few stroller fit classes now and her ability to create a safe, accepting and inviting environment (particularly postpartum) is truly unparalleled. In addition to that, she is running multiple classes simultaneously and seamlessly for different impact levels and to accommodate specific needs… all while rocking/holding/feeding babies. If you are on the fence, nervous or anxious about where to start, this is the place for you.
