They were on time but i was left with a suv that didnt run even with the original key had to tow it to a shop to reset the immobilizer that i had to pay and didn't get a spare key a complete waste of time and cost me $300 techs and management are useless and don't stand behind their services

After being to the Kia dealership and being told a new fob is going to cost approximately $700.00 and I wouldn’t have my key for 2-3 days. How is one supposed to go to work?
I called Pop A Lock, I was asked when I wanted the new key. As early as noon and they would come to my employment. It was decided 6-630pm., at my home. Communication was constant and I was informed appointments were running late. But as promised the very friendly technician arrived at 800pm.. 20 minutes later I had a new key and fob. Total cost $206.00!!! I highly recommend Pop A Lock, friendly and professional and true to their word. Thank you so much!!!!

I needed to upgrade my front door lock to a smart lock and called Pop-A-Lock. I'm so glad I did! The technician, Alex, arrived exactly when they said he would. He was not only professional and skilled but also incredibly helpful and positive. He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly and explained the new lock to us. It was a completely stress-free experience. I can't recommend Pop-A-Lock and their technician Alex enough!

I have been a customer of Pop-A-Lock of Halton since 2018. Tyler has been there since the beginning and all my interactions with him are nothing but only OUTSTANDING. He knows his stuff and could make great and honest recommendation. I needed to upgrade the locks in my home. Back in February, I lost one of my keys to my car. With the remaining good key, this company programmed a new key that I bought myself from Amazon (and had cut) for my car.They were fast and efficient.A month later, I noticed that the key would sometimes work, and sometimes not. I reached out to the company, and although it took several emails to get their attention, they did send a technician out to resolve the issue. I now have a working secondary key for my car!The team is very polite, professional and reasonably priced, but they could respond more quickly when issues arise.Thank you Matt for resolving my problem!

I've used this service before and was deeply happy but today when I called, I had to hang up! The receptionist should not be working there at all! She literally has no knowledge of automobiles.
