2nd order: I bought a bouquet called Soft Embrace and it was supposed to be a surprise for someone. I left instructions and they updated me the day before about the adjusted time that they can deliver it. It was okay since we were still at the same location anyway. Communication was very clear and they were on time. I appreciate the easy process and the overall experience. Would be happy to recommend toy florist for sure! Btw, the flowers were beautiful!!! ?

This was the first time ordering from Toy Florist, and I was pleasantly surprised with how amazing their customer service was! It was a mistake on my end that I ordered last minute, but they were still able to deliver the flowers in a timely manner! The bouquet is absolutely beautiful, I will definitely be ordering from Toy Florist again!
