Just got my lobes and mid-helix pierced today, after a friend recommended the Don Mills location.
Emery was great! He gave me lots of advice from choosing jewelry size and piercing placement to the healing process and aftercare. The piercing procedure itself was also super quick, and the way he communicated what he was doing throughout was super helpful.
The “I didn’t cry” sticker I got at the end is a cute little touch. Highly recommend.

I would avoid all Steel n ink locations as the jewelry that is sold there will break if you happen to remove it even once. IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
I speak from experience as I went to get jewelry changed at this location and while the piercer was about to put on a previously purchased piece of jewelry the very thin post broke into the backing. I have three broken pieces of jewelry from Steel N Ink.
Instead of offering a replacement piece for a customer that has spent money on services and purchasing the higher end jewelry for a piercing, I was offered to spend more money on terrible jewelry for someone else that is employed by the company breaking my jewelry.
Customer care is extremely terrible and is not flexible nor understanding of any situation. Buyer beware.

Mandy was amazing. The placement is perfect. The angle is chefs kiss bc it sits flush (YAY!) Her calm demeanour also helped me calm down. The jewelry selection was great. I looked online for prices before my appointment to go informed. Tip for pain tolerance: don’t get pierced within a week of your monthly friend

Yes, the staff are kind, but good customer service takes more than that. I went to this shop to get a piercing and was told I didn’t have the right anatomy. However, the explanation didn’t feel convincing at all—it came across more like they didn’t want to honor the $30 Wednesday discount. On top of that, the jewelry they offered was more expensive than the piercing itself, which made the whole situation feel even more questionable. They charge a cancellation fee, but what about when you book an appointment for a specific time and still aren’t seen until 20 minutes later? That doesn’t feel fair or professional.

My daughter and I both got our lobs pierced and Mandy (our piercer) was great. She walked us through all the steps and was very professional. The shop and her work area were extremely clean and everything was shown as sterilized. She was so good with my daughter letting her know her next move and it all went very smooth! Thanks again, Mandy!
