Superb laptop repair service! Martin is very responsive, professional and timely. I recently had a keyboard replacement completed on my HP laptop. The price was fair and the service fast & professional, with convenient drop off/ pick up hours and location. Even came with a warranty on the new keyboard. I will definitely use again for future laptop repairs!

I have used Martin at Laptop Expert for all my computer repairs for more than a dozen years having first met him when he had his shop on Avenue Road near my home. Nowadays it is a drop-off/pick up operation and while it might seem odd leaving your computer at a convenience store to be picked up, it works and Martin is indeed an expert at laptop repairs. My most recent need was to fix a display connection which I shorted with a kitchen flood. Martin fixed it quickly, properly and efficiently. Competent, trustworthy and way more personal than Geek Squad or the like.

Very satisfied with the computer repair. He replaced my broken laptop screen within a few days and the screen looks very clean and works well without any issues. Also found and fixed additional issues that made my computer run much faster. Overall very good customer service at an excellent price. Would highly recommend for any laptop repairs
