It was my first time there with my 2 fur babies and apond arriving the were very friendly welcoming as my dogs were a bit nervous they made them feel at home , picking up they were happy and not stressed out and they looked absolutely beautiful I would 100%with out a doubt highly recommend pet grooming express.
My dog suffers from separation anxiety, and we were looking for a new groomer after losing our previous groomer of 7 years. Renee reassured me that she would go slow with my dog as he needed. She was great with him because when I arrived to pick him up, he was in her arms.
Very impressed! Bo is a very energetic boy and hates his legs and feet being touched. But they we’re patient with him and was able to finish in a good time. I also appreciate how polite the staff is!
