Jennifer was absolutely amazing today! From the moment we walked in, she made my dog feel comfortable and cared for. Her gentle approach, attention to detail, and clear love for animals really stood out. Little old man Samuels came out looking fantastic and happy! Jennifer took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. I especially appreciated how calm and patient she was, even with my dog’s nervous energy.
