Me and my husband went to the shop during our vacation and got 2 new piercings each. Emma was super sweet and very informative with us regarding any and all questions we had for her. She definitely took her time to make sure the placement of our piercings were perfect and made sure we were happy. I’ve been going to this location for awhile now. They are so super friendly and knowledgeable. I usually see Nika or Emma for my piercings. Today I had the pleasure of seeing Emma. She was so helpful with my choices and so patient! It’s like seeing an old friend. So sweet, professional and she just made my day. Can’t wait to get my next one!!!

So far I’ve had my septum and snake bites done here, and they’ve always healed amazingly, they take great care of you, ensure quality material, tailor things to you, etc. is it a bit pricey? Yeah! But this is a luxury and safety is very important. I’m going again for sure!

Just took my girlfriend there very crapy customer service gave the wrong size piercing and refused to change it without charging another $60 after she had explicitly said she wanted it to be the same size as the one she had

My daughters birthday was Monday and I missed the sale for 15% off earrings by one day. I asked if they can call the owner. They wouldn't do that. Said I missed the sale, too bad so sad. It would have been better if they didn't tell me I missed the sale. Why did they do that

Very over priced go somewhere else if you want quality tattoos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Charged 400$ for such a small tattoo could’ve been a 100$ tattoo with a skilled artist + years of experience

I got my nose pierced a couple months ago and wanted to change the jewelry out but couldn’t figure it out on my own. Emma was very helpful and explained it very easily. She has pierced my nose and my ears and i’ve never had any complaints. I’ve never had any issues with the piercings and never had any irritation or discomfort. Emma is a great piercer and I will 100% keep going to her as a get more!!
