We have brought Peanut ti Fairy Tails 3 times and everytime it’s awesome. The team here is amazing and patient with Peanut as he’s still a pup. I would recommend to anyone who needs a groomer (more like a high end salon) to bring their pet here!

I highly recommend bringing your dog here for grooming! The staff always took great care of my boy, especially because of his legs (arthritis-issues), and always gave him healthy treats and a nice scarf or bow-tie. They always gave me a text notification when he was close to ready and allowed me to set the time on it (ex. 15 or 30 minutes) so I could better plan when to pick him up. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The prices are very reasonable as well. They always made my boy's time there special and I guarantee that they will do the same for your dog.

We rescued our 6 year old dog in July, he is 82 pounds (so on the bigger side). He REALLY needed a groom. He is a friendly dog but can get anxious and defensive in new situations and with people he doesn't know. I was looking around for groomers who would be sensitive to his needs and would be able to handle a bigger dog appropriately and respectfully. My vet clinic recommended Fairy Tails. I read their reviews, the high and low ones and felt comfortable enough to request an appt. I also asked if my dog and I can meet with the groomer a few days before the appt so that my dog can be familiar with them and the new environment - they were happy to set up a Meet and Greet. Morgan was exceptional with him at the meet and greet and was very open, transparent and communicative. She spent time to learn about him and what he may need during the appt, Morgan was very attentive and understanding. I let her know how my dogs' behavior can change or be when he is nervous to ensure that she also feels safe and comfortable to groom him. On the day of, I dropped him off, he was of course not super happy with me leaving, but I trusted Morgan and let her do her magic! She called me to let me know how the groom was going and when they would be done by. When I went to pick him up, I saw that she was with him, talking to him and soothing him. My dog also needed a type of shampoo due to this sensitive skin - Morgan was able to bathe him in a shampoo that wouldn't agitate his skin too much. He was super clean, well groomed and in good spirits when I went to pick him up! For the low ratings that Fairy Tails has received ..... everything is in the agreement that they ask you to read prior to confirming the appt so that you are well informed of how they keep your beloved fur babies healthy and safe and themselves as well. It's a fair and reasonable Agreement and is easy to read. So, just read the agreement and communicate openly and respectfully with them.
They did a great job with my big boy and we will for sure be coming back here for his grooms. Thank you Fairy Tails and Morgan for your exceptional service and dedication to our fur babies!

We started going to Fairy Tails after some unpleasant experiences with another home-based groomer. I have 2 medium sized dogs (one very shy and the other very friendly) with think, curly hair. The staff are wonderful - always groom to my requests, and explaining if there are extra charges (like the time one had to be bathed 3 times because they love rolling in the mud at the cottage)! They're so kind and gentle with my dogs, and the dogs come home happy and beautiful!

Wow wow if u kate 5 min they will charge u for 10 $$ and they never mention that... this s first time i see the grooming charge you .. for 5 to 10 minutes late fee.
