Chris was with us every step of the way. Our home needed renovations before we listed - he attended walk throughs with our contractor to identify where our money was best spent. When we were ready to list he provided excellent advice on price and process. He arranged for a professional cleaning and had our home staged by a designer. He held an open house the day after listing which resulted in an offer the following day. At 99.4% of asking and the closing date we wanted, we couldn't be happier. Well done Chris!
