I suffer with fibromyalgia pain on a Daily basis. Today was different I had horrible neck pain and couldn't turn my head to check my blind spot while driving. Thank goodness I found this facility. They only had 30 minutes available but I was in desperate pain I took it. Bryan was was attentive and addressed the local area very thoroughly. After my session I could turn my neck without that sharp pain. I cannot thank Bryan enough for removing my horrible pain. I will be returning and reccommend his work to everyone I know.
Strength N U is the best place if you want to get fit and are wondering where to start your journey.Working out with all the coaches in the group classes is the best way on that path to fitness, I’m so glad that i found this place.
Amazing trainers- they accommodate to ur needs and help u improve on ur strength and technique - I hated exercising I love attending - I drive an hour each way to attend these classes ??
