As an aging yoga instructor, teaching daily, I need to stay in good shape, mentally and physically, and ready to demonstrate postures to kids, adults and seniors. Thankfully I have dr. Morano, my chiropractor, and Sandy, my massage therapist to help keep going strong with regular adjustments, acupuncture and massages! Thank you Project Health and Performance :)
I’ve been seeing Verlyn for massage therapy and highly recommend her. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great at what she does. She always makes me feel comfortable, listens to my concerns, and tailors the treatment to what my body needs. I leave every session feeling so much better. Dr. Rob and his team are fantastic. Its easy to book and the care is thoughtful and thorough. I see different team members for massage, physio and acupuncture and am pleased with all services. I highly recommend them.
