I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Diane. I went in asking for face-framing layers and showed two reference pictures but what I got was completely different. My hair was cut far shorter than I asked for and instead of soft, blended layers, it’s uneven, choppy and poorly structured.
There’s no proper layering visible—just random short pieces that don’t frame my face at all. The overall cut looks unblended and it's honestly very upsetting to see such a drastic and irreversible result.

I went there for a balayage and showed them the pictures i wanted, the hairdresser said ok no problem. But she ended up giving me highlights and said my hair would be too damaged if she made it lighter. I went to another salon months ago before coming to this one and they told me that i need to take care of my hair before doing this color. while this hairdresser said ok no problem and then after it was done then told me i need to come back for a second time, so basically paying double the price i initially planned to. They are very nice and i know she worked very hard on my hair, but it is very disappointing and frustrating to pay so much for a hair color that i did not want, if my hair looked damaged then she should have told me from the start that she would not be able to give me what i wanted instead of telling me its gonna take 2 appointments after its done which is paying double the price.

worst haircut ive ever had. asked for long layers and showed the stylist several references. my layers are completely uneven in the front (front section is blunt cut at chin length on ONE SIDE ONLY, not blended whatsoever, despite the fact that i specified i wanted my face framing layers below the chin). also trimmed way more than i asked for.
