We had a serious plumbing issue and City Rooter responded promptly. I was given regular updates as the problem was assessed. Once the remedy was proposed and agreed to, City Rooter took all the steps required, including locating any utility lines, before beginning a major project to install a new cleanout pipe in front of our home. They were punctual, professional and thorough, and they did a great job cleaning up the work site before they left.
Alex was highly professional and responsive. He understood the urgency of the situation and arranged a same-day appointment. He completed the work efficiently, thoroughly cleaned the drain, and used a camera inspection to ensure the issue was fully resolved. Excellent service and attention to detail. I highly recommend him with confident to anyone.
We had a major issue with our exterior building drain trap due to root intrusion. Alex confirmed with a video line. His team was there the following Monday morning. Dug a 8 foot hole in the front yard to remove the damaged building drain trap. Excavated inside to expose the old check valve, replaced the entire drain line using the trenchless pipe bursting method, installed a new backwater valve inside and a new exterior trap with separate clean outs for each….pressure testing, replaced all the soil outside and sealed the interior pit with cement….all parts used were to the latest code standards…..we highly recommend Alex and team….when... read full review
