Arrived on time and did a wonderful cleaning of my carpeting. Will use this company next time.

Wall paint was damaged around cold air return vent when it was removed. This might not have been preventable but it would have been appreciated if I had been informed instead of discovering it myself.

Super job by Super Steam London! They came 15 minutes early. Nice change, usually companies come later. They had no problem altering their promotion slightly to meet our needs. Technician was pleasant and professional! We will use again.
