I had a flood and needed it dealt with ASAP. Sam came and cleaned everything up in a professional manner. He is also a contractor and was able to give me advice how to prevent future issues. I really like this company.

I had Sam do my area rug a couple of days ago. He is very friendly efficient and very professional. My rug absolutely looks brand new. Thank you Sam. My sister and a friend r going to be calling soon. Excellent work needs to be appreciated.

Found Royal Steam on net and reviews were great. I got them to clean and seal my apartment ceramic tiles in my bathroom and kitchen. Sam and his helper were very professional, on time and actually ending up doing the work on their hands and knees. Very impressed with the job. I am told the sealant should last close to a year, so the grout area will remain the grey colour it should be instead of the black that it was!
