I’ve been seeing Lucas for a few years now, and what I appreciate most (other than his warmth and humour) is that after listening to you describe what’s causing discomfort, he tailors his treatment to your specific needs. I’ve never had the same massage twice. No cookie cutter treatment here!

Lucas is a very experienced and knowledgeable RMT. I was very impressed and satisfied with my massage appointment. My back was a mess of trigger points and sensitive muscles. Lucas was able to navigate the massage very well and implicitly understand my pain thresholds just through feeling, cues and experience alone making me feel comfortable and safe the entire time. I felt rejuvenated, stronger, and more limber after our very first session. Can't wait for the next session and continue working with him!

Lucas is a very professional and talented RMT. He has a great atmosphere and gets deep into the tissue to really target all the muscular tension that can build up. I love the use of a heating pad and Doterra icy hot lotion to really get muscles warmed up and relaxed. 10/10 would recommend.
