If there is any negative star rating I would give -5 star rating for this company.I would strongly recommend not to take service from this company. First of all, there is no transparency in terms of charges. When we called for carpet cleaning, he mentioned for 3 bed room house 99CAD . So I cleaned 1 bed room in the basement and 2 bed rooms in the top floor and he charged extra 35 $ for the third bedroom saying he consider living room as another room.Second of all, this company will charge you separately for cleaning the stairs which is 45 $. This was also not mentioned to me at all .After coming to my home, he didn't mention anything about separate charge for stair cleaning. I felt like I am kind of cheated by this company.This is the first time I took their service and this will be the last time also.Stay away from scam!Service: Carpet steam cleaning

In the beginning he told he will clean basement carpet and living, but hee charged $99 just for small living room he did not even vacuum under the sofa. He did not sanitize.Service: General carpet cleaning
