We hired Ben and his crew to finish our basement three years ago. They did wonderful work, were professional and friendly, and we were so impressed by their communication. Fast forward to this year and we had major water damage from a dishwasher that destroyed most of our finished basement and the flooring/baseboards/kitchen island of our main floor. The team once again exceeded expectations with their eyes for detail, workmanship, and reliability. I felt entirely at ease having them work in my home without me present , and did not feel that I had to micromanage anything. We contacted Ben (Hill Developments) on the recommendation of friends and we couldn’t be happier with the completed project. From the very beginning Ben was very personable and made us feel comfortable.
We purchased a 20 year old home that needed the entire main level renovated from top to bottom including the removal of walls and more. The job was to be completed over the winter months while we were in Florida. We were a little nervous about not being here during the renovation but it turned out to be a great decision. So glad I hired Hill Renovations to renovate our rec room and bathroom! I almost didn’t call them because with all the glowing reviews, I thought they’d be out of my budget, but Hill’s estimate was actually on the lower end of the quotes we got, and the work was beyond our expectations. Basically, everything the other reviews are saying about Hill’s quality and professionalism are 100% true, and we love our new living spaces. Aside from the work itself, these are just a few of the other things we were impressed with:
