We've been taking our cats Ruby and Rae here for a few years now and we're very pleased with the care they've received. Dr Cheung is always so friendly and caring. We always receive follow up calls and emails to make sure our kitties are doing well. All the staff members are very responsive, polite and friendly.

This is an excellent practice. Everybody works so hard and Dr. Cheung and her team have provided exceptional care for my cats since 2017. Just recently, my cat was in pretty rough shape. I called several times and each time somebody tried to support me in some way. I was emotionally overwhelmed. Central’s practice was slammed, just like so many others in London and across the province. Central’s webpage has provided a link to a great service to connect concerned pet guardians to emergency services which I did end up connecting with when my cat stopped eating.
