I learned about Mitch Forster, Osteopath, by word of mouth and highly recommend his care. He fixed things in my body that I didn’t realize were a problem. I leave the appointments feeling so well, so calm, and restful.

Today I had a massage for the first time with Stephanie O'Neil. She was very professional and friendly, she asked me about my symptoms so that she could explain what she would be doing and why.The receptionist greeting everyone with a smile. I would definitely recommend this office, and especially Stephanie.

I recently lost both of my parents within 2 months of each other and was carrying so much stress in my neck and shoulders and Julie worked out every single knot with her healing hands. I was so grateful to be with her for an hour. I had Julie's healing hands on me again Nov 24 for 45 minutes and it will carry me through the next phase of maintaining my job, and getting a property ready for sale! Thank you Julie! ?
