I went in to get a hair cut. Like a really dramatic change. I wanted long to short (pixie) I had a couple photos amd I showed them to the stylist. I tried explaining I wanted short like a pixie. Unfortunately she really struggled with how short I wanted and ended up cutting to much off. Thankfully she had 2 of her coworkers come and save my hair. The other stylists are fantastic. The lady who tried cutting my hair is still learning. She really did put in a great effort. I think she should of asked for help sooner than when she did though. Returns were difficult. Annoying that I had to explain myself to the cashier so I could get my refund. By the end of the conversation I just had to tell her I wasn’t interested in the product, I was annoyed with how much time it was taking just to explain WHY I DIDNT want the product.
