My experience with this company was exceptional when I recently had a heat pump system put in. Shibo, the sales rep, was impressively well-informed, while the team of technicians, Alex and Kyle, displayed a high level of professionalism. It's been truly wonderful working with them.
Our 18 years old AC was broken at the beginning of May, my neighbor recommended Constant home comfort to us, the company contacted me immediately after I send the request. The sales guy introduced the heatpump which has 7100 rebate from government this year which sounds really great. So I decided to go with heatpump instead of regular AC. This week is extremely hot, and the heatpump works really well for us. Highly recommend, the service is good, the technician Alex and kyle are very professional.
