Didn't even make it to the store.This guy asked for a deposit.A deposit for a battery replacement for a phone ?70$?Then turns around and tried saying " the price of stuff has gone up".Talking to someone who works for large companies and this man tries to insult me.Which still didn't justify 70$ for a ? battery and his disgusting insultsLearn how to provide customers service and talk to clients.1*. Would do 0 if I could.Again it's not about the price. (I had other vendors charge the same or less)It's the manner and ignorance of the person who I spoke to.As usual they want to be know it all's and degrade their customers.Rather than service them.Again. Learn customer service please before conducting the job. Then justifying it with excuses for your own rudeness.Try to justify it all you want. The service was disgusting and your staff don't need to lecture customers.Your response and attempted justification of this call is as bad as the service.. thank you .Stay away anyone.
