It was my first time getting a haircut at La Luma, and my first time with a student hairstylist too! Ella did such an amazing job, she was incredibly lovely and made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. This was honestly the best haircut experience I’ve had in Guelph. They pay so much attention to even the tiniest details, and it really shows in the final result. I loved it! This is definitely going to become my go-to spot :)

Amazing experience at La Luma!! A student who I know personally did my hair and she did an amazing job, can definitely tell her skills are developing and she is learning lots. The overall environment was amazing as well and you are definitely taken well cared off by all!!

I had an amazing experience the other day with a student, Erica and her teacher/mentor. Erica was so pleasant, great convo, very thorough in everything she did. Asked all the right questions prior to getting started and was consistently letting me know what she was going to be doing next. I came in with a botched hair cut from a previous salon and left with exactly what I originally wanted, all done within a timely manner. Mentor was VERY knowledgeable about hair and made me feel like I was in great hands. She was respectful with the student making sure that she was teaching with clear with instructions.
