CBC Marketplace tested repair shops around Ontario to see if any technicians snooped through personal information or photos - KW Cellular was one of the few who passed the test and repaired the device without looking ay any user data. The conclusion is that they can be trusted.

I had my iPhone 14Pro Max back glass replacement done here after I looked for best local cellphone repair shops in Guelph and found KW Cellular! Took the phone in for a quick look over and estimate on time for a repair. The gentleman who was assisting me was amazing. Great customer service skills, great knowledge on how they will repair the phone. Made sure I wanted the same type of back glass and sent in the order. Came back after a couple of days and got the phone back with the back glass fully repaired for just over 1/4 of the price I was quoted by Apple.
