Aaron came out and measured that day, and I had the most luxurious carpet installed in just 3 weeks (with Christmas in there) Just amazing customer service and the quality and price are in line or better than others. We are having a phenomenal experience with Ferra Flooring. I honestly could not recommend these folks more - such skilled craftsmen and genuinely great people who obviously care very deeply about their work. We hired them to update the main level floors in our century home, replacing old tile with engineered hardwood. Along the way, they even helped restore some of the original charm to the old hardwood floors upstairs. They were so knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled! I recently had a need for a small piece of carpet and popped in to Ferra Flooring to ask for help. The gentleman (I don’t remember his name!) was so helpful and kind, found a piece that suited my needs, carried it out to my car - all with a smile :-) I appreciate local businesses like this that offer great product and very friendly service. I’ll be back to buy from Ferra in the future ?
