Only went there once and knew I wasn't going to return. I could see the staff were very friendly, warm and attentive to their regulars. But coming in as a newcomer I felt their attitude towards me was strangely cold in a way I've never experienced in a nail salon before. Felt very unwelcoming, and as I don't go to nail salons enough to become a regular, I knew this place was not for me.

I have been going here for 5 years now. Ladies are great! Very talented! I always try to book an appointment, that way I don't have to wait. They are very accommodating and try to fit everyone in. If you don't have an appointment you shouldn't be surprised that you'll need to wait. I will continue to go here because they do an amazing job. I have had acrylic nails, gel nails and shellac done.

I've gotten pedicures at a few places in Guelph. They never last as long as when I go to Aqua. My nails never chip and always look great. For the price you can't go wrong!
