Wendy's Acupuncture & Rehab Clinic - Stress Relief & Pain Management

I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the practitioners at this clinic. After calling to ask questions and book an appointment, I was abruptly refused treatment by the provider with absolutely no explanation or valid medical justification given.

As a patient, you expect a basic standard of care, transparency, and professional accountability. To be turned away with no reason provided is a serious breach of professional ethics and constitutes patient abandonment. When I asked for clarification, the clinic refused to communicate professionally. “No why” was the response given.

Wendy is an excellent acupuncturist. I don't love needles and she is very gentle. I went it to see her for several things; tinnitus, help with healing a small tear in my supraspinatus tendon and calming down my bicep tendonitis. After two treatments, the tinnitus in my right ear is almost completely gone. My shoulder feels immensely better and my range of motion has started to improve slightly. I'm hoping with some more treatments I can avoid getting a PRP shot for my tendon.

There are no words to express how grateful to have found Wendy. I felt immediate positive results after only one session. By the third session, I feel like a different person and intend to continue treatments to maintain the positive momentum I have gained. Wendy is calm, gentle and exceptionally knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and this clinic.

I had severe back pain and decided to try acupuncture. Wendy was near me so it was convenient. I was sceptical, but desperate and after around 8-9 times consistently I had the relief I was looking for. I didn't have pain for months. After changes in my work schedule and additional stress, the back pain started to return, so I returned to Wendy. After 2 trips, my back is getting back to normal again. If you can handle the needles and youre a trust the process type, I highly recommend this place.

Wendy is awesome....everybody around me said it is almost impossible to fix de quervain tenosynovitis but she fixed my left wrist problem within few months.....She didn't only focus on my wrist. As someone trying acupuncture for the first time, I had no expectations going into it. I decided to go to Wendy's clinic based on the location and excellent reviews. Overall, it was a great experience! I had a few ailments treated- the major one being IBS- and after a month of regular treatments I feel cured. The symptoms have improved significantly! Wendy is professional, attentive, and has a calm demeanor- which is good when you have some sticking needles in you :) I would go back to Wendy's clinic should the need arise and highly recommend to anyone considering acupuncture!
