I had physical therapy with Nuria for 3 months, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and my experience with Umana. She worked with me and gave me the tools (exercises) I need so now I know how to avoid injury in future, and how to maintain a strong/pain free body. Everything was tailored to my lifestyle, so I feel very confident going forward with her advice and exercises. I genuinely thought my back injury would never go away until I started working with her! He even spent an extra 20 minutes with me going through each exercise one by one, including full body exercises, and made sure I understood how to do them properly. I really appreciated that level of care and attention.
