Eleanor helped me today by retrieving some correspondence I could not find, about the whole roof replacement they did three and a half years ago. Royal York Roofing has certainly exceeded my expectations both in physical execution of work and communications. I have so far recommended them to only two of my friends, but whoever asks about roofing, gets their phone number. The quote was clear and precise, the price was a bit above the average of offers I got, the workmanship was excellent and on time, the communication during construction about as found situations and problems was clear and timely, and at the end, they got another happy customer.
I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my late-Victorian home. Royal York Roofing replaced the damaged original slate on my mansard roof and repaired some eavestroughs. I’m not just very impressed with the results, but the communications from the head office made the process easy and the work crew themselves were very pleasant. I highly recommend.
There are very few companies that are doing slate roofing. Royal York is one of the few remaining. They are experts at what they do. They did not cut corners and adhered to their quotation.
Their attention to detail and copper work is of a high standard.
They soldered all copper joints and calked where necessary to avoid water penetration. I highly recommend their services.
