An absolute lovely experience. Hanna is extremely knowledgeable, so kind and passionate about Electrolysis. The consultation is extremely informative and definitely gives you an idea of what you're looking at. I definitely would recommend her as she is extremely kind, reasonable and flexible with your schedule and gives you the honest truth in regards to your particular hair removal situation and your skin. I definitely plan to come back and do all further treatments with Hanna.

I didn't go here for a groupon nor would I use one.......I was referred here by the place go to for facials. I've had about 6 session here on my face and I've had pretty great results so far. The entire lower right side of my face is totally hairless now !!! It's painful as hell but it is electrolysis =P.... Hanna is a lovely lady very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Not being used to the procedure, I started crying from the pain my first session and she gave me a hug ;) She works alone so it can be slightly difficult to get a hold of her, I just leave a message and wait for a call back, she usually replies within 4-24hrs.
