My daughter loves to buy the colourful hair here. They have tons of colours bright and pastel. Really nice lady you tell her what you’re looking for she’s willing to order. Nice friendly service just need to say hello as she is also handling clients and may not hear you come in. But walk in and look around you won’t be disappointed

Lovely woman but if you want instant locs,I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I went here to get instant locs and was very disappointed. I had so much build up from the product she used, I've never seen her wash her hands before she did my hair etc. She had to stop many times to assist customers and that's not a problem,my problem was she never washed her hands after money exchange and then she continued to do my hair. She also did clients hair before mine and did not wash her hands. I ended up having to seek a professional loctitian who had to make corrections and said whoever did my hair did not interlock my hair right which left holes in my locs. I really wish my experience here, wasn't the way it went because I was looking forward to supporting this woman for a long time, but I can't.

So I called Saturday to find out if they had a certain product. They did have it but I was told it didn’t have a price on it so she would have to get a price before she could sell it. I then asked if she could get the price and call me back. She said she’s been trying to get a hold of her boss to no avail, so she doubted she’d be able to get a price before closing at 6. Mind you, the hours on google said they’re open until 8 on Saturdays. Since then, I’ve called every day (it’s now Tuesday) but no one answers the phone. Earlier today the line was busy for a while so I assumed someone was there. Guess not.

I unfortunately had a bad experience. I had made an appointment and paid the deposit. When I arrived, there was no one there except the lady who was looking after the store. I stated I was there for my hair appointment, I was then told the stylist was running 30mins late which I didn’t mind. She only arrived an hour and a half later. During the service, she seemed quite distracted, helping customers, answering calls and preparing for an event that was happening later on that evening. I did feel the relaxer was left on my head for way too long as a result I have some burns. The style eventually came out well but it took much time for me. I eventually only left the salon 4 and half hours later.
