I had a bad experience today. The staff was rushing through the threading, and the result was uneven eyebrows — one side thicker than the other. I expected more attention to detail. Unfortunately, I won’t return.

In my honest, truthful opinion this business is a godsend. 5 Stars just doesnt do it enough justice. Should be able to rate 10+ stars. I just came from here and while I didnt get a chance to catch the lady's name that helped me, she was so nice and she is truly the best. Sadly I was cursed from birth with very thick hair and if it grows long it tends to get huge big knots in it to the point I end up with a big ball of matted hair. I was all out of options, I couldnt get it out. My husband found this place so we thought wed try it since its close to home. The lady that helped me literally saved my life and saved me cutting it myself and ending up horribly wrong. I swear I owe her my life.

Wow! This is a hidden gem. I have never had so many compliments on my highlights. I have been coming here for over two years. Suman is a detailed stylist and colourist who takes her time with her customers. I am happy every time I come and leave. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She is truly talented, professional, and attentive she is friendly and makes me feel comfortable during the appointment.
