Alair South Etobicoke was wonderful to work with!! Right from the beginning Brian gave us confidence that project was going to stay on track for budget and time and he did not disappoint. The Alair Client software was a easy to use and gave us confidence and we knew where in the project we were at all times with budget and schedule. Our Project Manager Eric was great to work with, showed up daily to deal with any of our questions or concerns and helped out when needed to keep the project moving . The trades people were highly skilled, always very polite and kept the job site clean at the end of the day. Highly recommend Alair South Etobicoke... great job!!

We recently hired Brian Fletcher of Alair Homes to add a year around sunroom/family room to our home, replacing a small unusable two season solarium.From the very first meeting there were many things that set Brian apart from the other contractors (we met with several). Specifically, Brian’s ideas and suggestions on how to integrate the new addition to ensure it flowed as part of the home was key.
