As we transitioned into the construction phase, our close collaboration with the Project Manager proved to be invaluable. We held weekly meetings, most of them on-site, ensuring that we were always in sync. Alair’s software was an important tool that allowed us to track progress, approve selections, and manage expenses with ease. The construction experience was very rewarding. Every contractor from Alair Homes was truly an expert in their trade, often suggesting great ideas that further enhanced the project. Our Project Manager exceeded expectations coordinating the entire process, and excelled supervising the quality of every aspect of the work. As we reached the end of the project, we were really impressed by the culmination of all the work done. Alair was always ready to support and address any minor details, ensuring everything was corrected with no issues. The final results were amazing, and we’re incredibly happy to move back into what feels like a brand-new house for us. We highly recommend Alair.

Alair South Etobicoke was wonderful to work with!! Right from the beginning Brian gave us confidence that project was going to stay on track for budget and time and he did not disappoint. The Alair Client software was a easy to use and gave us confidence and we knew where in the project we were at all times with budget and schedule. Our Project Manager Eric was great to work with, showed up daily to deal with any of our questions or concerns and helped out when needed to keep the project moving . The trades people were highly skilled, always very polite and kept the job site clean at the end of the day. Highly recommend Alair South Etobicoke... great job!!

We recently hired Brian Fletcher of Alair Homes to add a year around sunroom/family room to our home, replacing a small unusable two season solarium.From the very first meeting there were many things that set Brian apart from the other contractors (we met with several). Specifically, Brian’s ideas and suggestions on how to integrate the new addition to ensure it flowed as part of the home was key. Not only did he have great ideas on the new room (i.e. extending the roof line to maximize the height of the ceiling) he also came up with a design that addressed several other areas of our older home that improved the functionality. So not only did we end up with a beautiful new family room, he created a new entrance way providing far more room, opened-up the kitchen and changed the entrance to the main floor bathroom that was heretofore the bain of my existence as it previously opened into the kitchen.We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of workmanship as well as the professionalism. Mike our project manager was also excellent, always polite and conscientious. The sub trades were top notch in their field and any minor issues were dealt with promptly and without compromise.We highly recommend Brian and his team as they are second to none.
